Brian Sellers joined the Round Rock ISD school board in May 2008.  Currently, he is the Chair of the Policy Committee for the RRISD School Board.  Brian Sellers is a product of the Round Rock ISD school system, graduating from Round Rock High School and attending Chisholm Trail Middle School and Deepwood Elementary School. Wanting to give back to the community and help shape the future of Round Rock ISD motivated him to get involved in public education. He is committed to ensuring that all children develop the 21st century learning skills necessary to compete for the best jobs in the world.  Brian Sellers believes it is essential for all RRISD students to have access to learning environments which integrate affordable instructional technology.

Brian Sellers attended Austin Community College and Texas A&M University at College Station earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.  He is a member of the Round Rock YMCA Board of Advisors and a former member of the Round Rock Noon Rotary Club where he served two years on the board as Vocational Officer and chaired the High School Interact Club both years.

Brian Sellers and his wife, Jennifer, currently have one child in Round Rock ISD and their second child will be joining Round Rock ISD this fall.

Given the current proposed budget cuts from the State Legislature and his knowledge of RRISD's budget process and current financial situation, it is important to keep informed members on the RRISD school board.

Re-elect Brian Sellers to RRISD School Board Place 1.
